My name is Angel. I am a life coach, sacred bodywork practitioner, and a facilitator of transformational workshops. I specialize in empowering people to live a life of purpose and freedom from a heart-centered space. I conduct one-on-one sessions and work with groups, always aiming to deeply connect with my clients to meet them where they are and illuminate new possibilities. I believe that pleasure is everyone's birthright and design experiences for people to explore this with innocent curiosity. I lead from a playful, loving and grounded way of being to create a space of trust and surrender in the conscious containers that I make. 

As my clients get in touch with and reclaim parts of themselves that may have been suppressed for ages, they are able to experience their higher potentials, rewrite old paradigms, and have the embodied realizations they need to break free from the barriers that hold them back.

I am a graduate of International School of Temple Arts level 1, level 2, and Practitioner's Training program. I was in Laurie Handlers’ first Sex and Happiness Journey cohort. I have completed leadership through emotional intelligence training in addition to student coaching in those programs. I continue to expand my learning in the areas of tantra, healing trauma, personal development, massage, reiki level 1 & 2, as well as the shamanic healing arts. 

My calling to guide others on their journey comes from years of working through my own trauma and conditioning. With this experience, I feel most aligned with my authentic self when I am in my passion of sharing the tools and wisdom that I have gained over the years and supporting people on their journey to wholeness.
